DIY phone strap clasp tutorial (Tool-Free)

• A clasp (lobster clasp or round clasp)

• Jump rings

• Phone strap loop or phone charm connector
  

• Stringing wire / nylon thread / fishing line

• Decorative beads or charms

🧵 Step-by-Step Instructions:

① Prepare your beaded phone chain

String your beads onto the wire or thread. Leave about 2–3 cm at each end.

② Secure the ends

Tie a strong knot or use a crimp bead to lock the beads in place. Make sure it’s tight.

③ Attach a jump ring

Use pliers to open a jump ring. Slide it through the loop at the end of the thread.

④ Add the clasp

Before closing the jump ring, attach your clasp (like a lobster clasp).
Then use the pliers to gently close the ring.

⑤ Connect to your phone strap loop

Hook the clasp onto the phone strap loop, or insert it through your phone case lanyard hole.
